hot on the heels of volume 2 ce returns with the 3rd edition of the world electronix series. this time with another sizzling line up of global electro talent. with the first 2 eps aimed at the darker, moody side of the genre this ep ventures into lighter, deeper territories with exclusive tracks from j.t.c, gosub, sync 24 & defekt and versalife.

having made a name for himself as a heavyweight dub, ambient and techno producer as conforce, versalife and silent harbour, boris bunnik is now branching out into label ownership with julius de wal. the imprint will be called transcendent, will be vinyl only and aims to focus on deep and abstract mental sound excursions.
this is a very limited release of only 150 copies worldwide with no repress at all.

to mark its 11th release ce launches a new v/a compilation series featuring exclusive material from some of the hottest names in electro from across the globe right now. the world electronix series will be strictly limited to 4 x single press 12”s with no re issue. the first instalment of world electronix aims to showcase the darker dance floor side of the genre. the series kicks off with parisian resident carl a finlow aka silicon scally who turns in a signature style machine tech roller reminiscent of his early scsi av works. the duty then shifts to spain s number one electro export boris divider with a clinical, tight, rother-esque groove. on the flip we see london based ce label head sync 24 join forces with australia s abstract forms label owner deixis. the debut release for these 2 artists is a spooky,spacey affair with haunting vocals and a killer sub!rounding off the ep are finnish duo morphology, who alter the proceedings with a freaky 4/4 electro piece. the following editions of world electronix will include tracks from e.r.p, versalife, gosub, the exaltics, crc, dynarec, fastrgraph, plant43, defekt, steve allman, sync 24 & deixis. watch this space!

we have always been a fan of pablo bolivars sound. he already did a track on curle018 and we are glad to have him back on board for a double ep this time. in the meantime he released an album (as pulshar) & ep on loco dices desolat label, did remixes for audision, mikkel metal & scsi-9, and continued to run his own avantroots imprint.
the spark ep consists of a 10 and a 12 inch. the clear vinyl 10 inch includes two dreamy ambient/electronica tracks, and an oldschool electro remix by versalife – better known as conforce. the red marbled 12 inch consists of pablo bolivars signature slightly dub orientated deep techno sound. the package is limited to 300 copies.

remixes of the track skill shot, which is included on the >20 - two decades of hardfloor< album and originally released on the album >all targets down< from 1998. versalife is a restless producer from terschelling, holland, who strives only to combine digital and analogue together into atmospheric, well designed pieces of music.with such an honest mission, its no wonder the man known as boris bunnik aka conforce has had continued success recently, with a number of singles, eps and albums coming on respected imprints like clone, delsin, meanwhile and rush hour.pip williams from the uk began djing in his ear teens, making electronic mix- tapes for friends in the safe confines of his bedroom. after gentle persuasion from his fanbase, live gigs followed including residencies across london and gigs in europe.a foray into music production was a logical progression.having run its natural course after a string of successful releases, pips drive to showcase his music was still rampant.
